Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Calm Project. Each piece we create is crafted with care and intention. Because many of our items are produced in limited quantities and available for preorder, we want to ensure you fully understand how refunds work.

Preorders

- All preorder purchases are refundable within 14 days of placing your order, provided the order has not yet shipped.

- Once your item has shipped, your order becomes final and non-refundable except in cases of defect or damage.

Defective or Damaged Items

- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email thecalmproject25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

- Include photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll replace or refund the product at no cost to you.

Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

- After 24 hours, please contact our team — we’ll do our best to accommodate you if production has not begun.
